ATLHW - getting smaller


Very obvious Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk portion's is getting smaller and smaller.

When the food cost is getting higher, the restaurant has few options;
- increase the selling price to cover the cost increase;
- reduce the standard portion
- change/reduce the quality
- reduce other overhead expenses
Which options that you would take?
